Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened and unused in original condition. We do not accept returns on opened or used product, regardless of reason.

To start a return, email us at daniel@fish-rx.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Shipping

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. [FISH]rx is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Store credit and exchanges are also available if you prefer.
